Post-Trial Juror Interviews

iStock_000013732216XSmallOften attorneys find it instructive to learn what went right – or wrong – in a case. When local rules permit, there is no better way to find this out than to conduct interviews with the jurors who decided the case. Jurors will be more candid with an individual who was not apparently involved in the trial of the case.
